On this trek, you’ll discover those incredible part of the Sherpa Country – the Solu Region, where the Rais, Chhetris, Tamangs and Limbus inter-link with Sherpas live in the wonderful valley of Arun. Visit to the wonderful village of Hille which is the starting point of trekking to Makalu and Kanchanjanga. This trek also explores the day to day life of old settlements of those mentioned people in the most secluded yet fascinating region of Solu. This trek is suitable for the winter as the route does not reach great heights at any point.

Day 4: Fly Kathmandu-Lukla & trek to Puiyan (trek starts).
Day 5: Puiyan-Pangum.
Day 6: Pangum-Satu~La-Gaikharka.
Day 7: Gaikharka-Surkie~La-Bung.
Day 8: Bung-Sanam.
Day 9: Sanam-Salpabhanjyang-Phedi.
Day 10: Phedi -Dhupidanda.
Day 11: Dhupidanda-Chyawabese.
Day 12: Chyawabese-Khare.
Day 13: Khare-Mangmaya Khola.
Day 14: Mangmaya Khola-Hille (trek ends).
Day 15: Drive Hile-Biratnagar.
Day 16: Fly Biratnagar-Kathmandu.
Day 17: Kathmandu.
Day 18: Kathmandu-Airport.
